PHP手冊上說，建立數據庫持久連接可以大幅度提高性能。

資料庫！
不是數據庫（大陸說法）！

$dbh = null;
這個相當於原來的mysql_close();

人家官方文檔都用$dbh，所以我也用$dbh吧。。。

    $dbh = new PDO("mysql:host=localhost;dbname=test", "php", DB_PW, array(PDO::ATTR_PERSISTENT => true));
} catch (PDOException $e) {
    trigger_error($e->getMessage(), E_USER_ERROR);
}

PDO::ATTR_PERSISTENT
mysql:host=localhost;dbname=test
這兩個需要記住

獲取單條記錄
