首先，下載Dev-C++這個IDE，它裡面自帶了gcc和g++編譯器。

安裝好后，把路徑
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dev-Cpp\MinGW64\bin （根據安裝目錄而定） 加入到系統的環境變量的Path中 也就是在Path的值後面加一個英文分號';'，再複製上述文件夾路徑。  |

最後，在命令提示符cmd中就可以使用g++和gcc了。
