如何看待有很多法律（规定）都存在漏洞这个客观事实呢？

正常现象，本身就是法律条文的确定性和社会发展之间互动的产物。而且法律制定的时候有时也并非那么严密。

法学方法论中的一个讨论重点就是法律漏洞的处理问题。
