And I'm curious about the standard of Shanbay's check-in: what should you do to get a check-in? Learn a new word or do other things? Or just open the website/app?

回复 @啊啊是谁都对：If you use Shanbay Reading, you must read at least 2 English articles (The exact amount depends on the amount you have set before today. You must set your goal previously) (The difficulty of the articles is not limited). 
If you use Shanbay Vocabulary, you must memorize 50 words at least (The exact amount depends on the amount you have set before today)
If you use both Shanbay Reading and Vocabulary, so long as you reach one goal of them, you can check in
