I think one important way to boost our confidence is to establish right and happiness bringing values:

Even if I know I am forever weaker relative to the nature and many other people, I still think I have right to be happy and confident

Instead of "People who are weak deserve to suffer"

And the values of "Success doctrine" and "Meritocracy“ are totally rubbish!
