Did HoYoverse annouce/indicate each things (like the odds to get rare prices etc.) clearly in the game?

Hoyoverse did it, but FTC regard these rules in game as still not clearly enough.

回复 @圆环之理：Directly show the cost when such things run. For example, a wish in Genshin should be marked that "you can spend XX dollars buying..."
