Introduction:

Hello everyone! Welcome to this week's topic: "A Day in My Life: Sharing Our Daily Rhythms." Our daily routines often form the backbone of our lives, shaping our habits and influencing our overall well-being. Whether you have a highly structured schedule or a more flexible approach, everyone has a way they typically navigates their day.

To kick off our discussion, let's think about the following:

·What does a typical weekday look like for you? Can you walk us through the main activities from when you wake up until you go to sleep?
·Are there any specific parts of your daily routine that you particularly enjoy or find challenging? What makes them stand out?
·Has your daily routine changed significantly over time? If so, what caused these changes, and how do you feel about them?
·Do you have any tips or tricks for making your daily routine more efficient or enjoyable? Perhaps a morning ritual or an evening wind-down routine?

Share your experiences and insights below. Let's discover the diverse ways we structure our days and maybe even pick up some helpful ideas from each other! Looking forward to reading about your daily rhythms!

Usually my daily routine can be divided into five parts. (That can be said a structured timetable.) But the content of it depends on what I should do during the recent time.

Part 1: This part starts from my getting out of bed. (usually between 5:20 and 6:10). Then I'll post the latest HSR English notes and write a new one, review Japanese words, play Genshin Impact and do some Japanese tests.

Part 2: I usually go out for my breakfast between 7:15 and 7:30, then usually I'll have a ride for exercise. After going back to my domitory, I'll start my day of learning. (Now is Japanese reading.)

Part 3: I then ride to the campus to eat my lunch (around 11:30~12:00) and watch videos posted by BeamNG-TV in Bilibili, then make some comments and write the dictionary of BeamNG-TV. After doing these, I'll play HSR and then have a long nap (around 1.5~2 hours).

Part 4: The afternoon time would be used to read books about my major.

Part 5: At the evenming, I'll continue reading books about my major (but would be a little easier than that at afternoon) and do some case-searching. I usually go to bed around 23:30.
