要用zadig把驱动替换成libusb-win32 (v1.2.6.0)才行，不然libusb打不开USB设备，一执行命令就会报Test Device quit, creating comm object failed!。

zadig里面要点菜单栏中的Options--List All Devices，才能在下面选择Rockusb Device。
