But if unfortunately I don't have such conditions or opportunities to work as a ghost, I would rather choose personal freedom

I think when we were in extreme surroundings, we could pretend as if we would obey the social norms. But we could insist on our own choices in secret

Maybe the former... I always worry about not having enough money. And the most likely thing I will have to face is that I would be in a situation that has no financial stability nor personal freedom.
