今早症狀

或許是拖延症

我今天午睡起來後也有這個症狀,持續了大概10分鐘,我是這麼解決的(一個略微中二不過應該有效的方法):

意識到自己有這種狀態後,想想自己是RPG遊戲的主角,準備和強敵交戰。這時和自己說「要上了哦!」,然後數五個數,五個數後把身子直立起來。
