Theoretically we should be offline after working. But now we have WeChat. So our bosses can contact with us everytime. That lets unrealistic deadlines and "always-on" emerge. After working night and day we will be extremely exhausted.

Yes. Online chat softwares contributes to that. I especially hates the software that can show on if one has read the text.
