I think I would choose true immortality🤔

If you had an infinite amount of time, how would your daily life and priorities change? What would you do first?

I will stop paying for pension plan, because I do not need to. I'll still do something good for non-immortal human beings, such as provide food or stop war.

How do you think your relationships with family and friends (who are not immortal) would be affected? Would you still choose to make deep connections knowing you would eventually lose them?

I understand that although I became immortal, not everything did. I think if my action can have good affect in a relatively reasonable time interval, it will be good. So I will choose to build friendship, love, and family, as normal people.

Do you think humans are emotionally equipped to handle eternity? How would you deal with the boredom, loneliness, or sadness of seeing generations pass?

I think that will be a challenge, but still not too serious. If I do not have infinite memory space, I can live at today and be young in mind. If I have infinite memory, it will be a challenge to overcome the past sad events, but I still have shining days in memory to balance them.

What hobbies, skills, or knowledge would you pursue if you had forever to master them?

Learn to cook, paint and sing. Make a database for all mainstream math.

I would do more things considered unhealthy to a mortal,  like staying up late and eating lots of junk food.  Also I would care less about my academic performances as they were not important to me at all.

I would ask a leave tomorrow to avoid the exam.

I'd like to do some dangerous sports.  I used to be timid but if I couldn't die, I would do these things as I please. 

Do you think progress (scientific, artistic, social) would speed up or slow down with immortal minds contributing for centuries?

Possibly slow down.  a large proportion of people would be too lazy to do so. 

If you could use your immortality to become the world's greatest expert in one field, what would it be and why?

First,  to become an expert needs not only the commitment of time.  So probably I couldn't make it even with immortality.

 If everyone was immortal, what would be the biggest challenges for our planet (e.g., overpopulation, resources)?

I think the biggest challenges would be overpopulation and limited resources. Usually the procreation would become a privledge, not a right if so.

• How would immortality change our concept of work, careers, and retirement? Would people work for centuries, or take breaks that last decades?

Maybe the concept of retirement would die out, because people would not be too frail to do anything. 

Welp, I'm not sure if the concept of human society will survive if people become immortal.

To be honest... I don't think "Living Forever" is a good idea...
