Note: about the healthy halo effect


The healthy halo effect is a cognitive bias where a product, person, or behavior is perceived as being healthier in all aspects simply because it is associated with one positive health attribute.

For example, a food labeled "organic" or "low-fat" may lead people to automatically assume it is also low in calories, highly nutritious, or generally good for them—even if that's not true. This single positive trait creates a "halo" that casts an overly favorable light on other, unrelated qualities, potentially leading to misjudgment or overconsumption.

The typic example should be "yogurt". Everyone thinks it is healthy. But actually it contains much sugar

啊啊是谁都对I think so! Even if in original yogurt, too much sugar is added!
