1. In your own words, what is a "negative thought spiral"?

You watch a short video to relax but it tempts you to watch another one. Ultimately, you get more tired because you wanted to relax. 


By the way,  I thought it meant "obsession" at first and this article was about how to avoid OCD....

To be honest,  I desperately need advice on how to overcome something like OCD because today I wanted to write a post that is supposed to be finished for half an hour but I wrote it for 2 hours to complete it,  which makes me dazed,  even a little annoyed,  but originally I had aimed at making me happier, and I would have finished it tomorrow. There is something not negative in its own right. I always feel controditory when dealing with these,  hard to choose carrying on or suspending or quiting completely. I want to know how to.

It occurred to me that,  I write the post occupying much my time today,  but it leaves me more time tomorrow.  I don't miss something important and over-due today. So perhaps it's unnecessary to feel worried.
