6. The author suggests "healthy distractions" like reading a novel or watching TV. What is one "healthy distraction" that works well for you when you need to shift your mindset?

English learning I think.  Another choice is my homework but I seldom turn to it. 

lizhenxuan: Sometimes learning English will create a new negative spiral, ocuppying me much time and leading to failure to fulfill other to-do things like homework,  and Arknights Endfield. I don't play games all the day today even if I am at home

10. What does it mean to "catastrophize" (paragraph under tip #3)? Can you give a simple example?

consider something a catastrophe(disaster).

e.g. Parents always catastrophize online games.

I think it is when you think of something you did bad, you will think you are not an excellent person, then you will think of more things you did bad

Perhaps she means negative thought spiral? Or meditation?

I think Distract should be most useful, because in this step I can use external objects to help me
