I visited my grandparents. To be honest it didn't feel like the "New year" I expect -- Every day my parents and I stayed at home and killed time by playing phones or watch TV, while my grandparents cooked every meal and labored at the farm -- but I seldom went to their farm because they got up so early and I knew nothing about farming.
Sometimes we visited relatives together but it had never been a pleasant experience. Unfamilar faces, boring conversations, awkward courtesy, and people always turning their backs and lowing their heads, playing phones -- that was all. It was so meaningless that we even roatated shifts when visiting relatives. It is the same when they visited us.
However, there was still the shining experience during the Spring Festival. What I enjoy most was playing cards with my family. Every family member was engaged in it, especially I and my little sister. We assembled games in the living room, or outside under cozy sunlight in winter. Also, distributing hongbao was enjoyable too, whatever it was offline or online.
Afterward, we had a travel to Shanghai and Nanjing. Everything I felt was the unbearably crowded resort, and awfully expensive price of everything. Everyone felt relieved when returning home.
