在Centos Stream 9系统下， php-7.1.33必须关闭pcre.jit，而php-8.4.10不用关闭pcre.jit，可以保持开启状态。
php-7.1.33：pcre.jit=0
php-8.4.10：;pcre.jit=1

php官方跳过了8.4.9这个版本。8.4.8过后直接就是8.4.10。

php8.4.9其实本来是有的，可以去github里面把源码包下载下来，自己在linux下编译。

因为这个版本没有包含某些安全补丁，所以没有写在php.net首页上。
