No, it hasn't. It was on 7 March 2024 that Purasbar was re-opened.
 
圆环之理：I remember the new Purasbar had opened before 7 March 2024, but 🌲 had closed Purasbar once again. After that you had bought your own server and on 7 March 2024 new Purasbar was started genuinely

巨大八爪鱼：The Arslanbar was restarted on 21 February and then closed and reopend again on 23 February.Because of the closure, I immediately bought my own server on 23 February and started to run Purasbar on 7 March based on Arslanbar.

Maybe we could have two festivals in future:

one will celebrate the establishment of Purasbar, at July 12.

Another will celebrate the re-open of Purasbar, at March 7.
