Being nice can be deceptive, while being kind is out of heart.

Last day a teacher I wasn't familiar with helped me print out my homework. Is it an act of kindness?

Definitely. As an intervention to others' life, giving kindness can lead to a negative result you don't expect despite your good intention. Furthermore, being too warm can cause doubt and distrust.

To people close to me because it's akward and probably doubtful to help others.

Welp, I find myself perhaps being kind to strangers more than to people around. It ocurrs to me that kindness isn't same as help. Helping familiar people is more or less out of responsibility, while helping others is usually driven by kindness.  

7.      What is one situation where being kind is very difficult, but still important?

When it costs you much, but helps others much more. Or in a situation where you are held back by mere embarrassment when you are going to do a good deed that is possibly considered weird or even stupid by bystanders, but practically costs you little. Then you shouldn't cringe for being kind.

8.      If kindness became a daily habit for everyone, how do you think the world would change?

If so, to put it negatively, everyone would take it for granted.

A kind people will take care of their own needs first, while “too nice” people will ignore their own needs to please others

To be honest, recently I didn't do something kind at all, if I have to tell something, I can only say I donated a little money to some people in suffering

I think kindness itself can never be a bad thing, only "not having the ability to distinguish true kindness" can be a bad thing

This has nothing to do with how familiar he is with me, and everything to do with whether he has kindness toward me
