Microsoft Vizact 2000, was an application used to create HTML+TIME documents, adding effects such as animation.
If you try to install on Windows ME, 2000, XP, or later you may need to use the included vtranz.exe to get the installer to function properly. Check the readme file for instructions if this occurs.
