The rule is: 

You should describe a word in English, and other members of English Club should try to guess what you are talking about. Then you should reveal the answer after a period of time

Everyone can set questions and everyone can guess

Not only words, but also phrases/idioms

When the others guessed wrong, the question setters can (and should) give some hints

Like the participants guess the synonyms of the goal word, the question setters can give the hint "synonym"

This word is used to describe some people who have many abilities and are capable of doing many things or something that has many functions
