微软的IIS直到Windows 10和Window Server 2016里面的IIS10才支持HTTP2。

也就是说更早版本的系统里面的IIS（如win7和win8）都不支持http2。

微软的IE浏览器也是直到win10里面的ie11才支持http2。

不过，如果改用apache服务器的话，目前最新版本的httpd-2.4.62-240904-win32-vs17.zip是可以最低在Vista SP2系统上运行的，只需要提前安装好Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) - 14.27.29114运行库（VC_redist.x86.exe）。最低Vista SP2系统就能支持http2。

httpd 2.4.23 VC10是XP和2003系统能装的最高apache版本，>2.4.17，所以xp靠apache也能支持http2。
