我去年在网上买了一个“自律神器”的盒子

话说其实用一个带挂锁孔的盒子+一个定时锁其实就可以实现这样的功能了

而且我现在也基本不会买太多零食了，也基本不需要太大的盒子

或者大力出奇迹，给家里现有的塑料收纳盒钻两个孔出来挂定时锁

只不过这种方法有伤到自己的可能性
