IE7和IE8的菜单栏默认在中间，不是在最顶上，很不好看, Bar Windows XP, Purasbar

	Floor 1 巨大八爪鱼 10/22/24 20:18 我估计这劝退了很多人。导致了很多人拒绝升级IE7和8，大面积停留在IE6上。
	Floor 2 巨大八爪鱼 10/22/24 20:19 要改注册表才能把IE7和8的菜单栏置顶，小白不太会弄，也懒得弄。
	Floor 3 巨大八爪鱼 10/22/24 20:19 直到2014年XP系统退役，IE6仍然是使用人数最多的IE版本。
