【公告】禁止胡乱用公众人物姓名（或艺名）注册ID！

近期有人出于开玩笑以及类似的目的，注册“胡锦涛”“温家宝”之类的以公众人物姓名或艺名为用户名的ID。如果这样子的话，到时候实名认证时就会有麻烦。

因此，除非确实是其本人，否则再出现这类ID，直接强制改用户名！

另外，如果确实是其本人（假设周立波来到侃吧，想用自己的姓名注册ID），请先注册个临时用户名，然后通知开发团队人员，接着就可以改用户名+实名认证了！
