我承认我平常嘴是比较馋的,不然也不会那么胖

其实高碳水的零食要比高脂肪但是高蛋白的零食(比如说肉)要更让人发胖,因为碳水零食的热量基本是全部吸收的,而且不顶饿,而高蛋白零食的能量吸收率只有70%左右,而且让人接下来好几个小时都不会再想吃东西
